SOUTHWEST EDUCATIONAL PARTNERS FOR TRAINING (SWEPT) $25,000
Southwest Educational Partners for Training (SWEPT) connects underemployed and low-income New Mexicans to career pathways through workforce training, adult education, and wraparound support services. Partnering with employers and community organizations, SWEPT prepares participants for in-demand fields such as behavioral health, trades, and information technology while providing academic support, career coaching, and social services. Its programs are designed to promote economic mobility, strengthen family stability, and create sustainable access to middle-wage careers.
